Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast helps keep your metabolism going because when you eat your body sends signals to process the food into nutrients. In the morning your body is ready to matabolize food more so because you were on an all night fast. Thats why its called breakfast because you are breaking your fast. If you dont break your fast your body will start to store fat and conserv energy. Its a survival mechanism in our DNA so starving yourself teaches your body to slowly burn fat. You dont want that you want your body to use the energy you eat quickly and efficiently. Now EAT YOUR BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!!
